COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

 

The Ohio GROWs grant staff clearly understands that the integrity of each grant participant must be honored.  We strive to ensure that everyone is treated with courtesy, consideration, and dignity.  If you believe you were not treated in a manner in keeping with these standards, please follow the procedures listed below:

1.    Email the Project Director, Judy Ennis, at  jennis@tejatc.org  or write to Judy at 803 Lime City Road, Rossford, OH  43460.  Please include in the correspondence your contact information, date, time, location and nature of the incident you are reporting.

2.    You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint being filed within 48 hours.

3.    Your complaint will be addressed by the Ohio GROWs staff and if they cannot resolve it, the complaint will be taken to the governing body of the grant, The Ohio Electrical Labor Management Cooperative Committee Executive Board for a decision.  You will be notified of their decision in a timely manner.
